The dishes are made up differently for the proportions of meat, starchy foods, vegetables.
Ex: KETO meals don't have starchy food but lots of vegetables, proteins and fats.
Pasta dishes have more starchy foods than other dishes.
Dishes consisting of meat, a vegetable and a starchy food are generally:
100g of starchy food
100g of meat
80g vegetables
70g sauce
Again, it all depends on the recipes ... a good clue is to look at the list of ingredients for each product: they are listed in descending order, from the highest proportion to the smallest.
